The three-step approach (train, instruct, and predict) can be similarly applied to task automation with one crucial addition. Here is how the process adapts for automations:
In this stage, the AI collects system data, enabling it to identify patterns that could be utilised later during the automation process.
The model now requires context on the process, along with the rules governing it. This instruction ensures that the automation model accurately understands the desired outcomes and adheres to necessary regulations.
Equipped with both the relevant data and contextual understanding, the model can now predict the next steps in the process based on live observations. This prediction forms the basis for efficient automation.
Unlike large language models like Chat-GPT, models designed for process automation must go a step further. They need to generate an executable piece of software to execute the predicted steps in the real-world environment, enabling seamless and efficient task automation.

Before generating the automation, the AI provides a summary of the automated process steps.
Based on this the user can finetune and adapt the automation or if everything is alright, trigger the creation of the automation. The automation will be 100% compliant with the given requirements.

The same approach will be used to update broken automations or change requirements. The user simply opens the chat and instructs the AI on the required changes.

After collecting the required data, the automation is generated. Once tested and validated by the AI, the automation is provided in an executable format. Now the task can be executed with the click of a button.
Simply click on the created smart button (the automation prediction) to execute the automation.

The Smart Button appears next to the transferrable data.
Instead of copy and pasting that data into the predestined input field, the Smart Button does that automatically and does so for any upcoming input data.
