Excel to ERP
In this use case, an employee has to transfer customer data from an Excel list into an ERP system. In order to infest the ERP mask, the individual data from the Excel list must be transferred into the predefined input fields of the ERP system. This is done by repetitive copy and paste steps, which take a lot of time. Customer data lists that are created in Excel are often populated with several hundred or thousand individual data. Accordingly, transferring data into an ERP system is tedious and time-consuming. For the employer, a large part of the hourly wage is lost to such simple and dull tasks.
To perform these steps more quickly, automaited supports the employee with automation in the form of a "Maite".
What is a Maite?
A Maite is the helper for the user of the automaited assistant. As soon as the employee performs a repetitive work step, he can create a Maite for this step. This Maite contains the automation of the work step and is saved. Thus, the maite can be used again and again for the same work steps and can also be shared with team colleagues.
In this way, automaited can optimize this process in the future:
