Conformité chez automaited
automaited prend la conformité au sérieux et comprend son importance pour ses clients comme pour ses partenaires. C’est pourquoi nous faisons appel à un auditeur externe et à un cabinet de conseil afin d’obtenir des certifications indépendantes délivrées par des tiers. Les rapports peuvent être partagés sur demande. Nous travaillons avec intersoft consulting services AG, l’un des principaux cabinets de conseil allemands pour l’économie numérique.

GDPR
automaited complies with the essential requirements of the EU GDPR, ensuring data protection is by-design and always-on across our application, infrastructure, and organization.

Data Access Control
Access to customer data follows the need-to-know principle. Authorized staff receive only the access required for their tasks.

Authentication
SSO via google account or sign-in via your company email address. Users will automatically be logged out after a defined retention time.

Encryption
Our organization employs advanced encryption methodologies as endorsed by BSI, which includes the usage of 256-bit AES encryption while the data is at rest. Furthermore, we ensure the safeguarding of network communication through the implementation of TLS 1.2 protocols for the purpose of encrypting data in transit.

• Changes follow a defined change management process with review and release steps.
• Code changes are reviewed and tested before release, with security considered as part of the review.

Sécurité cloud
automaited héberge ses serveurs à Francfort (Allemagne) et utilise Amazon Web Services (AWS) comme fournisseur cloud. Nous nous appuyons également sur les contrôles de sécurité et de conformité d’AWS pour la sécurité physique des centres de données et l’infrastructure cloud. D’autres ressources sur ce fournisseur sont disponibles sur le site AWS Security Cloud.

Supervision et journalisation
automaited conserve un journal complet de toutes les activités des utilisateurs et de l’assistant automaited. Ces données servent au dépannage et à l’assistance. Elles ne sont conservées que pendant la durée nécessaire à cette finalité.

Tests d’intrusion externes
automaited fait réaliser au minimum chaque année un test d’intrusion externe par un tiers indépendant.

These policies are shared with each and every staff member who joins automaited, and updated regularly to stay up to date. These policies collectively ensure automaited holds themselves to the highest standards, such as the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
