The situation
In this use case, an employee has to transfer customer data from an Excel list into an ERP system.
In order to infest the ERP mask, the individual data from the Excel list must be transferred into the predefined input fields of the ERP system. This is done by repetitive copy and paste steps, which take a lot of time.
Customer data lists that are created in Excel are often populated with several hundred or thousand individual data. Accordingly, transferring data into an ERP system is tedious and time-consuming.
